How Much Can I Expect to Spend?

The amount you will spend on a Build on Your Land project depends largely on the type of home and location. For example, our lowest townhomes in the Columbia area range from $153,419, and our highest luxurious home for $299,900.

We promise that you won’t get any price hikes in the middle of construction, so you know exactly what to expect from start to finish because transparency is a value we don’t mess around with. The price you start with is the price you pay.

Yes! Build on Your Land offers a builder’s express warranty that is included in all of our builds. This warranty covers the structure, electrical, plumbing and HVAC components of the home.

A regular mortgage is a type of loan that you take out to purchase property. It involves paying off the lender over time until the amount borrowed is paid back in full, plus interest. A few factors to consider when taking out a regular mortgage include:

The best way to get your property approved for septic is to contact the local DHEC office. They will be able to give you the exact requirements and paperwork needed to get your property approved.

Yes, we have vendors that can install wells and septics, we will put a pass through allowance for these services so you can put it in your loan. Then once you get the permit we will coordinate the installation. In addition to this, we’ll discuss all of your options for wells and septics in our initial consultation.
