Tim Rawlings

Tim is happily married with two children and has lived in Lexington since 2012. Tim grew up in Western North Carolina and is a proud, retired Navy Veteran, having given 22 years of service. His service included being stationed on two submarines and four years as SC Naval Engineer Officer Recruiter before entering the real estate profession. As a son of a builder, he has always had an interest in real estate, paving the way for this career path after retirement. Tim is outgoing and loves the outdoors. Dedication, determination, and a great sense of loyalty are Tim’s strong suits.

JARED OSWALT

Jared is a native of Batesburg. He is happily married and has twin girls. Jared lives on a large farm. He served with the fire department for seven years and has more than 15 years of construction experience. Jared loves the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and singing in the praise band at his church.

MATT BARR

Matt has been a team member for over 9 years and brings over 14 years of experience to the company. Born in Texas, he has been in South Carolina for 11+ years, is married with 2 children. Matt plays multiple instruments in his spare time and participates in numerous Christian missions.

NICK SCHILLING

Nick grew up and has lived in Lexington, SC his entire life.  He has always been around construction growing up and started out in commercial construction. He has built several Walmarts, remodeled Publix and several other luxury hotels to name a few projects. Nick married his high school sweetheart and has been married for 10 years. In his spare time, he enjoys hanging out with his three kids, traveling, and car/truck shows.
